Terms and Conditions

If you order a standard smoker with no extras you will receive the following:

  • Black high-temp coating, this includes two coats of undercoat and two coats of colour

  • A folding smoke stack

  • 5/6mm thick metal on the cook chamber for better heat retention

  • A minimum of two Tel-Tru thermostats per cook chamber door (more available on request)

  • A fully extendable shelf per cook chamber door

  • A counter weight per cook chamber door

  • Two heavy duty lifting points

  • A drain under the cook chamber for ease of cleaning

  • A damper on the smoke stack

  • Adjustable firebox door for air flow

  • A unique “Southern Belle” name plaque

  • Your smoker will be sat on skids

  • Your firebox will be uninsulated

  • A minimum of 6 tie-down points per smoker

  • Collection by yourselves from our workshop near Junction 28, M25.

Your obligation to us.

Is to answer any communication promptly and to pay any monies owed, in full, before the delivery/collection date is set.

Our obligation to you.

Is to supply you with your hand-made Custom Smoker, by the delivery/collection date, with all your requirements and as smoothly as possible.

We want you to be excited about receiving your smoker so its not in our best interest to put that experience in jeopardy.

Guarantee

A two year guarantee will be honoured on all welds and mechanical pieces. It is your responsibility to maintain the smoker including any woodwork. If your woodwork is looking tired and needs re-sanding and varnishing, we can do this for you at a cost.

In-Person Delivery

Due to the weight and dimensions we only offer kerbside delivery by ourselves. Local delivery is free of charge. All other delivery charges can be worked out on request.

Collection, by yourselves, is also possible.

RETURN POLICY

A 50% deposit, of the total amount due, is required to confirm your order and place it on our production calendar.

The moment an order is placed on our calendar, we begin investing our time, manpower, and resources into building a superior quality product specifically for you.

Because all orders are built to individual customer specifications, we do not accept returns on completed units. If you have an issue with your smoker, we are here to help and will do everything, within reason, to make sure your new smoker it to above and beyond your satisfaction.

If a customer must cancel an order, we offer 85% refunds within the first 14 days after the order has been placed. After the 14 days have passed from the original order date, we no longer accept cancellations and payments are non-refundable.
