Who we are

In a garden far far away stood a man who loved cooking outside for his family and friends but was desperately bored of sausages and burgers. One sunny afternoon, he fired up his welder and started to make his first smoker. Delighted with the results, it has turned into a business that has surpassed his expectations. Experimenting with temperatures, rubs, and different cuts of meat has opened so many doors and experiences. There is nothing like it. If you are in two minds, give it a go, you have nothing to lose.
